Basics of Evolutionism:

Evolutionism is the dogmatic belief that the universe created itself and that God is not the creator of the heavens and the earth.

Evolutionism disguises itself as science, which it is not.  It is a cult.  Evolutionism is the attempt to do away with the Almighty Creator God with a series of creative stories (lies) that expand on, or explain away, actual empirical observations.  They make up a story, limited only by their imaginations, and then they call their story a discovery or a scientific fact.  The less the story is based on evidence, the more dogmatic Evolutinists become.  Evolutionists are increasingly hostile toward any information, or even opinions, that disagree with their wild claims.

Evolutionism is one of several Secularist cults that work in concert: Agnosticism,   Atheism,   Humanism,   Intellectualism,   Liberalism,   Materialism,   Modernism,   Naturalism,   Post Modernism,   Rationalism,   Relativism,  Secularism,   and Socialism/Communism

Secularism, this consortium of cults, is the most dangerous religion by far, killing a minimum of 180 million in the 20^th century alone. The Secularists, of course, claim that they are not a religion. They do this to escape the credit for their murders and all that they have done to ruin society. They claim to be a non-religion so they can push themselves into the position of State-established religion (or non-religious cult if you prefer). They are a religion, though a false one.

The leaders of the Evolution cult are also Atheists.  Most of Evolutionism's followers are Theistic Evolutionists, that is, they believe that God created using evolution.

The Evolutionist cult has contacts in organizations such as the ACLU for the purpose of censoring any speech about Creation science, especially in the schools.  Evolutionists want only their own dogmatic stories told in schools.

Evolutionism cannot be reconciled with the Bible, which means that any Theistic Evolutionist must also be a Relativist.  All Relativists have ethical and moral codes that can only be based on rationalization, that is, speculation.  They make up their moral codes as they go along.  That is probably the basic motivator behind Evolutionism, the desire to do what one wants to do without regard for the Almighty Creator of all things. 

Evolutionism is moving from Modernism to Post Modernism, mostly because of the inability of Evolutionism to survive under the assumptions of Modernism.  For the same reason, many Evolutionists are moving toward New Age Religion or Neo Paganism.
