Eckankar’s Worldview of Humanity:

According to Eckankar, each of us is soul, which they define as a spark of ECK, trapped in a cycle of reincarnation.  Eckankar teaches that human beings can return to the god, ECK, by listening and repeating mantras, which are the names of spirit gods.
