Naturalism Is Really A Form Of Mystification
The Naturalistic fallacy ends all inquiry. The Naturalistic fallacy, the universal negative, does just the opposite of what the Naturalists were trying to do. The Naturalistic fallacy ends all inquiry into the spiritual realm. God wants us to get to know Him intimately. There are heights that we have not dreamed of, yet He says that if we will draw near to Him then He will draw near to us. He wants us to get to know Him. He is infinite, so the line of this inquiry will continue forever. All who seek Him are assured that they will find Him. In an attempt to keep inquiry going, some scientists have traded one error for another error. They have created the Naturalistic fallacy, which ends all inquiry into the spiritual realm. It eliminates the ability to apply a system approach that includes the spiritual realm and the God of the spiritual realm. Naturalism totally mystifies the spiritual realm and says that it is unknowable. Actually, it is a head-in-the-sand reaction to the spiritual realm. The Naturalistic fallacy says that nothing happens for any reasons other than natural reasons. In other words, God does nothing, angels do nothing, demons do nothing, and there is no affect in the natural world because of anything in the spiritual world. This, of course, also ends all inquiry into the spiritual realm. The Materialistic fallacy takes this one step further and says that there is no God, there are no angels, there are no demons, and there is no spirit or spiritual realm. The Materialistic fallacy also ends all inquiry into the spiritual realm. Naturalism assumes that spiritual things are not knowable. Naturalism mystifies the spiritual. Naturalism is guilty of summary dismissal of spiritual things. Spiritual things classified as unknowable. This is also the fallacy of Agnosticism. Agnosticism assumes that nothing can be known about God. Sometimes, a modified Agnosticism assumes that only certain things can be known about God. Even Christians are sometimes guilty of this form of Agnosticism. Author/Compiler: Bob Stenson (unless otherwise noted) Last updated: 2008-10-18 08:35:14 |
