The New Age Movement teaches that the problem is illusion, ignorance, or lack of perception.  The New Age Movement teaches that people are divine, but need to become aware of their divinity, that they are one with the New Age god of forces.

The New Age Movement says that people need to be "enlightened, " to find ultimate spiritual knowledge & liberation from the cycle of reincarnation.

The New Age Movement teaches that the primary human need is for holism, to be integrated with the whole. 

The New Age Movement assumes that the root causes of evil are selfish living habits and ignorance.
