Socialist Christianity
Church has not been given the responsibility to try to get the government to coerce money out of unbelievers so that the Church can use the government to do the work of the Church. To suggest such coercion would be to try to convert the Church into Collectivism. Collectivism would include Socialism, Communism and all ideas that push for a strong central government that controls every aspect of life. These collectivist forms of government are usually supposed to use this great control to create utopia, but they always create fascism and oppression. A form of this type of thinking crept into the church during the dark ages.
