| v.23-28 Apostle's Hard Life |
|
There is a great weight of responsibility of the apostles and the life of the apostle is not a life of ease--it is not like the life that some professional "ministries" enjoy today.
Even in Paul's day, there were false apostles as there are today. And it seems that false apostles always want to live a good life at the expense of others. Here Paul gives us a glimpse into the kind of life that he lived as an apostle.
Let God be true and every man a liar. Apostles are given the responsibility of protecting the entire flock of God from the attack of the enemy, but with so many voices in the world, each one claiming to be the one that should be listened to, how can you know? definition of "Apostle."
