The Metaphorical Ambiguity Fallacy occurs when a metaphor is taken literally. This can take the form of a metaphore that is told in such a way that it can't be known whether or not the metaphore is to be taken as a metaphore or to be taken literally.
Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days."
They replied, "It has taken forty-six years to build this temple, and you are going to raise it in three days?"
