When you see something that is as messed up as the United States legal system, you might well ask yourself, "How on earth did this happen? What follows is the answer as the historical record shows.

The reason for the move toward injustice is that America has turned from truth to relativism, and those who deliberately instituted this change from justice to injustice rationalized their actions based on the failed doctrines of evolutionism. They have turned from the principles of the Bible to the whims of the natural human mind.

What have they done to the legal system?

Judges have turned from morality to support immorality of all sorts. Judges now legislate from the bench. They refuse to follow the US Constitution and have become absolute despots. How could the US legal system have disintegrated to its current state? In Spring of 2005, Liberty Forum published an article by David Whitney, The Darwinization of Law in America, which answers this question. It is very plain, from history, that America made the mistake of moving from law based on the Absolute to law based on the deceitful and wicked natural mind of humanity.

The Founding Fathers understood law to be derived from God

David Whitney explains that the Founding Fathers understood law to be derived from God. In fact, the Founding Fathers formed the Constitution in submission to biblical principles. David Whitney notes that this point becomes obvious when one reads the writings on which the founders based their thinking, such as Blackstone, Locke, and Montesquieu.

The Founders spoke of the unchanging benchmark for law. How did we drift from this anchor, this foundation? David Whitney notes that "[t]hough there were many streams that contributed to the change, the major source was the 1859 publication titled, On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the Preservation of Favoured Races in the Struggle for Life."

This document was supposed to be verified, over time, by millions of transitional forms in the layers of rock on the earth's surface. Not one truly verified transitional form has been found, so evolutionists have resorted to lining up skeletons of various distinct kinds of animals in order of similarity and claiming that this ability to line objects up in order of similarity "proves" evolutionism's dogmas. It does nothing of the kind, of course. If you take any six items and drop them onto a table, you can line them up in order of similarity. Say you choose a knife, fork, spoon, can opener, ice pick, and hammer. If you line them up in order of similarity, does that prove that one evolved into the other over millions of years.

Evolutionism was supposed to show that the layers in the earth were formed over millions of years rather than by a tremendous world-wide flood. While the evolutionists have managed to control media to get their point published, they have failed the scientific test. The story of millions of years just doesn't hold up under scrutiny. The evidence points very clearly to a world-wide flood a few thousand years ago.

1859-1903

Herbert Spencer applied the doctrine of Darwinism to all areas of life, working as a tireless evangelist for the Evolutionistic religion. It's amazing how dedicated and religiously zealous evolutionists are to their cause. When asked why they are so dedicated, they reply that the idea of a Creator God is in conflict with their lack of morality.

1869-2009

Charles William Eliot became President of Harvard University and instituted godless Darwinism there, finishing the conversion of Harvard from a Christian university to a godless university based on Darwin's dogma. Eliot actually preached and enforced pantheism, a religion that says that all is god. This became the religion of Harvard. The laws of evolutionism and relativism became the only supreme laws. Eliot also dedicated Harvard to trying the prove evolutionism to be a viable hypothesis, which he and all scientists since failed to do.

Christopher Columbus Langdell: A new basis for law

Eliot had Christopher Columbus Langdell elected as the first dean of Harvard Law School, and Langdell instituted the concept of evolutionism into the study of law. Langdell did this by promoting a new basis for law, the case study method with the assumptions that laws ought to be constantly evolving. This was a total change the Founding Father's basis for law: the unchanging laws of nature and nature's God.

Langdell successfully promoted his new doctrine in nearly every law school in the United States.

David Whitney notes: "A modern law student will never understand the mind of our Founders, because our Founders did not study the scribbling of men in black--they studied the Supreme Law of the Universe--the Law of nature and nature's God."

Langdell taught that change is always improvement, so there is not reason to look back at the Constitution. There is no need to look back at what actually was working until Langdell and others broke it.

From that point, media and educational institutions have continued to indoctrinate just about everyone in the Darwin, Eliot, Langdell error, so we have judges ordering murder of innocent people.

1864

Oliver Wendall Homes enters Harvard and, within a year, becomes a law professor. He pushed a socialist agenda and was rewarded with a Supreme Court appointment in 1902.

Holmes worked with Brandeis to support government intervention to control the economy. They had a great affect in making the Roosevelt's New Deal legislation even more of a disaster than it would have been without them. These two were convinced that, if the government enough power in the hands of a few people will result in utopia.

Holmes worked successfully to strip all morality from the law, as liberals work today to finish the mostly completed stripping. That is to say, Holmes worked to make sure that the laws of the United States were not in any way connected to the Supreme Law of the Universe, the Law of nature and nature's God. This is the point of complete reversal where good is though to be evil and evil is thought to be good.

Holmes preached that laws can be changed "as quickly as the populace can be manipulated to believe a new idea." Holmes declared, "We do not realize how large a part of our law is open to reconsideration upon a slight change in the habit of the public mind. No concrete proposition is self evident no matter how ready we may be to accept it." So Homes disagreed with the Founders who said, "We hold these truths to be self evident..." And now these truths are being destroyed by a corrupt legal system.

Holmes and Brandeis both promoted social science as the new source of revelation and the basis for changing good into "evil" and evil into "good." This is idolatry, making social science the new god and its worship the new state-sponsored religion in the United States. In fact, a giant cultic religious organization has developed around this idea. This religious organization is the fund-raising, doctrinal, missionary outreach, and administrative function of the new religion that is based on Darwinism and Liberalism. This giant religious organization is made up of the United States Federal Government, state governments, and local governments throughout the United States, combined with drive-by media who have been granted special rights, and many non-profit organizations that are intertwined with government. Some would object, saying that evolutionism, Liberalism, atheism, and agnosticism are not true religions. The fact is that these are not true religions, but they are false religions, cults. In the final analysis, they are denominations of a single anti-Christ cult. One has only to watch the drive-by media news to see the venom of their hate toward Christ and all who follow Christ.

The Brandeis Brief (1907)changed the way that the Supreme Court looks at law and the Constitution, basing decisions on iffy social science rather than God's immutable Law. David Whitney notes that the social sciences are on "squishy, changeable, and very unstable," and that social sciences have repeatedly been fraudulently used to promote immorality. Brandeis also had an influence on President Woodrow Wilson and Wilson's New Freedom economic doctrine.

How did that which is outside the Constitution (unconstitutional) become constitutional?

Have patience as you read what follows. This kind of false "logic" is followed by the liberal mind even though anyone with any sense at all can see through it in a moment. It's sometimes hard to believe that anyone could have their thinking so mixed up.

Supreme Court Justice Oliver Wendall Holmes wrote about new constitutional principles that have been discovered outside of the Constitution. This type of logic doesn't seem to bother evolutionists or liberals. Another way Holmes could have stated his new Constitution doctrine would be to say that the Constitution is unconstitutional. Holmes, in effect said that those concepts that are unconstitutional can be constitutional, and those concepts that are constitutional can be declared unconstitutional simply at the whim of a judge. This completed the illogical logic needed to allow the courts to change laws at will based on the whims of godless judges. It is amazing that there has been only a very weak challenge to this insanity.

Knowing that the majority would never approve the darkness that Holmes and Brandeis were seeking to promote, Holmes asserted that the unelected members of the Supreme Court would be the ones to change things. In this, Holmes usurped power that was never given to the courts, just as Satan usurped power in the Garden of Eden.

1923

Learned Hand founds the American Law Institute (ALI). ALI was funded by the godless Carnegie and Rockefeller Foundations. In this way, a method to create a false authority was created. The purpose was to set up a method to declare that good is evil and the evil is good. This is, in fact, a direct fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

1948 The Fraudulent Kinsey Report released

Basing his findings on surveys of prostitutes and those incarcerated for sex crimes, Alfed Kinsey presented his fraudulent research as a cross-section of the morals of the average American. (This is but the first of many such liberal social "science" frauds, which are ongoing.) The drive-by media and corrupted educational system immediately acted as a false prophet, declaring the virtues of the Kinsey Report. In increased disease, misery, and death alone, the fruit of the Kinsey Report is breathtaking. Holmes, of course, immediately set about incorporating the Kinsey perversion Report into the Constitution by the process of discovering the unconstitutional "findings" of the Report and declaring these discoveries to be the new Constitution. At the same time, ALI wrote the "findings" of the Kinsey perversion deception into the ALI Model Penal Code (ALIMPC). The ALIMPC is based on the Kinsey fraud. This is why it is quickly becoming illegal to speak against those things that used to be illegal, even though those very acts are known to cause disease, death, and misery of many types.

All of this was accomplished with the help of the rich and powerful, promoting perversion and promiscuity through false information. Holmes, Brandies, and Hand use the false information in the Kinsey fraud to remove US law further from its Biblical basis and to encourage Americans away from godliness.

The actions and lies of wicked men has resulted in disease, suffering, and degradation.

1973 Roe v. Wade

Supreme court used fraudulent data and faulty reasoning to approve abortion (the killing of babies). Millions of babies have been killed and unjust judges have made sure that it's impossible to know how many women have been killed by these abortion mills. This opens the door for killing older individuals and the handicapped.

2005 Terry Schiavo

The first court-ordered killing of an innocent adult: Terry Schiavo.

These are only two of the many examples of Judicial enforcement of evil that have taken place.

Other misuse of the legal system

Judges continue to push the limits of legislating and amending the Constitution from the bench.

Courts continue to wage war on morality and Christianity.

Restriction of religious freedom of expression targeting Christians.

Promotion of anti-Christ religions (such as evolutionism, Humanism and Islam) using tax dollars.

More than just a legal problem

AIDS and other deadly STDs are out of control.

The public schools use tax dollars to promote many types of evil.

The news media receives special governmental privileges to promote the same types of evil.

The entertainment media appeals to lukewarm Christians and non-Christians alike to promote the same types of evil.

A vast array of non-profit organizations receive tax money to promote the same types of evil.

A large number of liberal churches have sprung up to promote the same types of evil.

The Federal, state, county, and local governments enact laws to promote the same types of evil.

Museums, Libraries, and other tax-supported institutions promote the same types of evil.

All of this has had an increasing effect on the churches.

Many denominations now have adopted the same attitude toward the Bible, an attitude that led the Church into the dark ages in the early centuries after Christ. Previous to this time, very few denominations other than the Catholic Church had taken such an anti-Bible stance.
