| Truth or Relativism |

When you see something that is as messed up as the United States legal system, you might well ask yourself, "How on earth did this happen? The reason for the move toward injustice is that America has turned from truth to relativism, and those who deliberately instituted this change from justice to injustice rationalized their actions based on the failed doctrines of evolutionism. They have turned from the principles of the Bible to the whims of the natural human mind. What have they done to the legal system? Judges have turned from morality to support immorality of all sorts. Judges now legislate from the bench. They refuse to follow the US Constitution and have become absolute despots. How could the US legal system have disintegrated to its current state? In Spring of 2005, Liberty Forum published an article by David Whitney, The Darwinization of Law in America, which answers this question. It is very plain, from history, that America made the mistake of moving from law based on the Absolute to law based on the deceitful and wicked natural mind of humanity.
