Prayer with the understanding and with tongues--they both build you up.

1 Corinthians 14:15 What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also: I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

Corinthians 14:4 He that speaketh in an unknown tongue edifieth [builds up as a building is built] himself; but he that prophesieth edifieth the church.

When others pray for you, it builds you up.  When you pray for others, it builds you up.

It's important that you bless your children.  It builds them up and it builds you up.

The Church (that is, the Biblical, Spirit led Church) is God's method for us to grow up into the fullness of Christ.  It is by that which every joint supplies.

Freedom and release from the worldly constraints comes with the anointing and speaking in tongues, the gifts of the Spirit, walking in the Spirit, and the fruit of the Spirit.
