The longer I walk with the Lord, the more that I realize that the Bible requires very little interpretation. It means what it says. The corrupted human mind cannot accept the simple teachings of Scripture. Scripture must be revealed. Scripture states this quite plainly. When Paul wrote the first letter to the Corinthians, he told them that he felt that the apostles have the mind of Christ. He later said that they only see in part. He said that He would like to share this mind of Christ with the Corinthian church, but they were such babies in Christ that he could only feed them milk. They were not ready for meat. There are wonderful depths in the Spirit of God, but they must be revealed. They can't be figured out. That brings me to the third, and most important point--we need to be led.

We need to learn to be led by God and let Him reveal His creation and His Holy Scripture to us. Any indication that God had revealed anything is usually missing from the thoughts of those who follow theistic evolutionism. The arguments and reasonings are usually based on syntax and interpretation of scientific evidence, making rationalism king. There is usually no suggestion that perhaps we ought to go and pray about this and seek the face of the Lord until we have an answer. I believe this is what Paul was talking about in Philippians 3:15.

The human mind was never created to be operated outside of the mighty anointing of God. We are to worship Him in spirit and in truth. Every Christian is seated with Christ in the heavenly places, but we have our own wills. God won't force Himself on us, and Satan cannot force himself on us. We can pay attention to the devil, the world, and our sinful flesh. On the other hand, we can pay attention to the Holy Spirit, the called out saints of God speaking by the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and our ministry, Christ in us the hope of glory. The choice is up to us.
