Often, the At Ease Christians will try to achieve ethics, values, and morals by self-effort rather than by yielding to the power of the Holy Ghost.  Often, they don't realize that God wants to lead in every facet of our lives.  They don't realize that every order of Scripture is still important to God--these are God's methods.  They may use phrases to explain away Scripture: "That was for the apostolic age."
