At Ease Christianity’s Worldview of Judgment:

 

Usually traditional, except that they don’t understand the implications of the parable of the stewards.  They don’t realize that God is expecting an increase.

 

They don't understand the implications  of the parable of the wise and foolish virgins.  Sometimes, they think that any outside of their organization will be judged, but not those within the organization--as if God regarded man-made organizations.
