Biblical Christianity's Vision of the Human Problem Solution:
The Lord, Jesus Christ atoned for our sin.
If we will receive this atonement, admit that we have been wrong, ask for forgiveness, truly be sorry for our sins and commit to yield to the Holy Spirit so that we can turn completely from our sinful nature and follow His nature, then we are born again into the family of God, and God becomes our Father. We are set free from the fallen state with Satan as our father and slave-master.
Our spirits are then reconciled to God's Holy Spirit. The Spirit (Christ means anointed and the anointing refers to the Holy Spirit) lives in us in a very real way and works to renew our minds.
Our minds can begin to work as they were created, to yield to our spirits, with our spirits in constant communion with the Holy Ghost.
Until that day when our bodies are redeemed, the flesh fights the Spirit for control of the mind. With our mind, we can choose whether to be spiritually minded, which is life, or spiritually minded, which is life and peace in Christ Jesus
