What Are The Political Issues About Which Christians Need To Be Concerned?Promotion of abortion, euthanasia, gambling, perversion and promiscuity through the courts and government programs. Teaching our children such evil lies as evolutionism, envy, cult liberalism, materialism, naturalism, occult practices, unthankfulness, godlessness, perversion, and promiscuity. The list could go on. Perhaps the government should not be involved in education at all, but the governments of countries are often involved in these areas. The parents are responsible before God. When the government schools are teaching sin, this abuse needs to be brought to light by Christians. Christians cannot sit by while their children are being ruined by public education. Efforts to destroy marriage or redefine marriage. Sanctity and authority of the home and the church. Freedom of the church to teach and worship. Freedom of homes to teach Christian precepts. The promotion of Government for programs that are based on covetousness and envy. More clear-cut are the issues of abortion, euthanasia, perversion, and promiscuity. Perhaps the most ominous problem which the Church can address is the problem of schools that teach our children such things as evolutionism, envy, cult liberalism, materialism, naturalism, occult practices, perversion, and promiscuity.
