Definition of Hypocrisy:

Hypocrisy is the act of pretending to be righteous when not righteous.  The natural human mind is a hypocrite and cannot help but be a hypocrite.  Those who refuse to accept Christ are hypocrites because they lack the humility to admit that they are in their sins and need a Savior.  Christians who pretend that they have overcome all sin are hypocrites.  Christians who try to self-generate good works are hypocrites.  Christians who depend on their own talents are hypocrites.
