Romans 3:14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness.
The root of bitterness can spring up and trouble us. The mouth can curse at times and at other times can bless. This is because our hearts are not yet clean. The purpose of the flow of the anointing in our lives is that we might be clean.
