Media Bias In All Areas
Beginning in the twentieth century and extending into the twenty-first century, news, entertainment, and educational programming in print, TV, cinema were bent on increasingly bashing Christians. During the twentieth century, it was quite subtle. If you ever saw clergy on TV, they were either a crook or a nut. The news media redefined the word, "fundamentalist" so that they could use the same word to describe terrorists. According to New Age literature, this word association is supposed to work, and perhaps it does to some extent.
As ABC TV closes down yet another Christian bashing program, Tony Perkins says, " It's good to see that ABC has come to its senses and, perhaps, concluded that religious prejudice isn't entertainment. "
