Examples
- Shouting and chanting to drown out any voice of dissent
- Physical threats against those holding a Christian viewpoint
- Fairness Doctrine
- Federal Funding of the protected argument: global warming, evolution, etc.
- Federal restrictions on Churches regarding taking a stand for a Christian candidate over a secularist candidate
- Job discrimination against Christians
- Workplace shunning of Christians
