The phrase, "much set by" is only used twice in Scripture: in 1 Samuel 18:30 and 1 Samuel 26:24. In the first case, it is a translation from a combination of two words, mᵉ'od, and yaqar. In the second case, it is a translation from the single word, gadal. See below for meanings.
