God's purpose for our lives is that we become like Jesus.
To become like Jesus. Amazing! We could never do that on our own, so God is working everything in the universe to bring about that good result--His Good Purpose!
The reality is that we can't even help Jesus do this. We can only receive it.
What we are receiving is a restoration of our relationship with God through the blood of Christ on the cross--which is God's gift to us.
But that's not all. There is so much more. Look! As we abide in the presence of God, we are changed from glory to glory. We are changed from faith to faith. The path of the just is as a shining light that shines brighter and brighter until the totally complete day.
