No. All ways do not lead to God. God has made one way by which mankind may approach to Him.
Acts 4:12 says, "Neither is there salvation in any other [speaking of Jesus]: for there's none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved."
Satan is offering every other way in hopes that foolish people will obey him once again and, so, come into greater slavery. Satan is a liar and a fool is easily tricked by him. The way is very narrow. It is by grace through faith and whatever is not of faith is sin. Real righteousness is by grace through faith.
God has offered you and me a way to be free from that slavery to Satan. The name of that Way is Jesus Christ. He is a person, not a religion.
