Self Christianity: Self Worth
The self image of the Self-Cult is quite different from Romans 12:3. God wants us to think of ourselves as the ministry, the living Christ, who lives within us. This is the Christ who cannot sin. (1 Jn. 3:4-11) This is the Christ who is willing to suffer. The Self-Cult teaches a different kind of self image. It looks to the old Adam, the flesh, and sees that as "who I am." For I say, through the grace given to me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith. Romans 12:3
