Self Christianity: Self-Indulgence
If we walk in the Spirit, we will deny ourselves, take up our cross, and follow Jesus. Everyone who follows Jesus will suffer in the flesh. The flesh must die. The old self-life must go. Whoever tries to save his or her self-life will lose it. Whoever willingly lays down his or her self-life will walk into eternal life.

"Alas for you, Scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, for you wash clean the outside of the cup or dish, while within they are full of greed and self-indulgence. Matthew 23:25 Weymouth
But she that liveth in pleasure (self-indulgence) is dead while she liveth. 1 Timothy 5:6
