Buddhism, The New Age Movement, Alien & UFO Cults, Taoism, and Shintoism are all examples.

• claims that time and space are illusions
• claims that man is insignificant, usually with a role of relating harmoniously to nature
  • failure to do so results in misfortune
  • success in doing so results in merit
  • desire causes suffering
  • tends to focus on technique
    • meditation
• claims that mankind is basically good
• good and evil are not opposed to each other
• right and wrong co-exist as friends
• claims that good spirits are to be worshipped to bring good luck
• claims that evil spirits are to be appeased or pacified to avoid harm
• claims that lucky charms help
• ancestor worship is common
• occult practices are common
• followers of Evolutionistic dogmas
  • matter created itself or matter is eternal, or forces of nature created it, or spirits (gods and goddesses) created it.
  • Panthism has absorbed Darwinism.
• Tend to add gods and theologies to everything they already have

This worldview is a set of filters.  It is a set of lies that keep the person trapped inside the lies as a captive.   The Pantheist does not know that he or she is a captive but rather thinks that he or she is free.   Jesus had to say to the ruling religious people of His day that they would remain in their sin as long as they believed that they did not have any need for a Savior.  These poor folks are trapped in the same lie but with different window dressing.  How can you help them?

The Holy Spirit has to work on their hearts.

You may use whatever sales technique that you think would be successful to "sell" them on Jesus, but you will find that they will just add Jesus to their growing pile of gods and goddesses.  That is because they have a relativistic both-and worldview.  Even though it is impossible, they have been brainwashed into thinking that two mutually exclusive things can co-exist.  In Biblical terms, they try to put new wine into old wineskins.  They try to sew new cloth to the old cloth.

How to win a Pantheist:

• Pray and seek God's face.
• Believe God.
• Believe the Bible.
• Check your own thought processes and bondages.  Make sure that you don't have a relativistic oppression.  Many Christians have been falsely taught that the Bible is not the Word of God, that the Bible has errors, or that other texts are equal to the Bible in validity.  These three lies can be easily checked and discarded.  A Christian will not be an effective witness if he or she has been brought into captivity to any one of these lies.  Lies bring you into slavery, but the Truth will set you free.
• Seek the leading of God as you speak to a Pantheist.
• Unless you deal with the underlying lies of Pantheism, it is highly unlikely that they will ever be born again into the Kingdom of God through the blood of Christ.  They will not receive Jesus as their Savior even though they may parrot the words of a sinner's prayer.
• Many cults will parrot basic Christian doctrine, but they interpret the words differently.
• A person who thinks he has Christ but does not is harder to win to Christ.  Make sure you deal with the Pantheism.
• A Pantheist will not see a real need for a Savior.  They may add Jesus to their list of gods and goddesses as an extra insurance policy.  That is not saving faith.
• Avoid your own desire to feel like a successful evangelist, getting meaningless "confessions of faith" that make no difference in reality.
• Understand the role of evolution in the worldview of the Pantheist. 
• If you understand any of the principles of Science, you can refute the dogma of Evolutionism.
• Understand where the Pantheist is coming from and what the Pantheist believes.  Deal with the lies rather than ignoring them.
• Do not argue.  Win over their mind to Jesus.
• Speak the Truth in love.
