1923 Learned Hand founds the American Law Institute (ALI). ALI was funded by the godless Carnegie and Rockefeller Foundations. In this way, a method to create a false authority was created. The purpose was to set up a method to declare that good is evil and the evil is good. This is, in fact, a direct fulfillment of Bible prophecy.
