Reversing the Burden of Proof

This is the tactic of claiming that their stories are true unless you can prove them false and the revelation that you have received from God unless you can prove it true. Of course, the human mind can rationalize anything, so, if you agree to this, you will find that they always can rationalize away any evidence. The fact is that it is a good idea to stay out of debates. Debates never seem to bring people together. Better to get rapport and begin to talk about real things. Once an ungodly person has fallen to the low level of wanting to debate everything and getting into these types of tactics, they just don't want God to exist. If you do get into a debate situation, you can tell them that you are not debating, but you will answer any questions they may have as honestly and as kindly as you can. You see, debates cannot change reality. An upshot of the no-God religion is the no-reality dogma. If there is no right an no wrong and no truth and no error, then there are only winners and losers. This is Post Modernism, which is what is being taught in the schools at all levels. Even having a discussion is difficult with a person who is ungodly. However, if you can build rapport, the Holy Spirit can minister through you. This would be difficult online, since there is an army of ungodly people doing something they call trolling. See the baloney detector for more information.
