The revelation that God has given to the apostles, the testimony of the Holy Spirit through Scripture itself, the testimony of the Holy Spirit in the heart of every follower of Christ, rational (sane) thought, scientific method, and any other measure other than the creative rationalizations (insane stories) of the skeptics, all confirm the historical, material, and spiritual accuracy of every part of Scripture from the very beginning of Genesis to the very end of Revelation.

The apostasy of Israel.

1. Hosea marries Gomer, a wife of harlotry--children of Hosea and Gomer

2. Israel's spiritual adultery (idolatry)--Israel to be restored when they return

3. Gomer restored to Hosea

4. God states his case against Israel--idolatry

5. Israel's judgment--Israel to be eventually restored--they have willingly broken the trust

6. Israel to return--the harlotry of Israel

7. willful sin and refusal to return to the true God

8. Israel reaps the whirlwind for sowing to the wind
